高压变频器检修负载跳闸的原因及查验

1、过载跳闸原因:

机械负荷过重,负荷过重的告急特征是电动机发热,并可从展现屏上读得运行电流来发现,三相电压不均衡,致使某相的运行电流过大,致使过载跳闸,其特点是电动机发热不均衡。

It can be found by reading the running current on the display screen that the three-phase voltage is unbalanced, which results in excessive running current of a certain phase and overload tripping. 检查电动机侧三相电压是否均衡,如果电动机侧的三相电压不均衡,则应再检查变频器输出切实三相电压是否均衡,如也不均衡,则问题在变频器内部。

Check whether the three-phase voltage on the motor side is balanced. If the three-phase voltage on the motor side is not balanced, then check whether the actual three-phase voltage output of the converter is balanced. If it is not balanced, the problem is inside the converter.

如变频器输出切实电压均衡,那么问题在从变频器到电动机之间的线路上,应检查整体接线切实螺钉是否都已拧紧,如果在变频器和电动机之间有接触器或其他电器,则还应检查关联电器的接线端是否都已拧紧,以及触点的接触处境是否优质等。

If the output voltage of the converter is practically balanced, the problem is whether the whole connection screw has been tightened on the line from the converter to the motor. If there are contactors or other electrical appliances between the converter and the motor, it is also necessary to check whether the connection terminals of the related electrical appliances have been tightened and the contacts have been tightened. Whether the situation is good or not.

如果电动机侧三相电压均衡,应看看跳闸时的工作频率,如工作频率较低,又未用矢量应用,就最先降落U/f比,如果降落后仍能带动负载,说明原本预置的U/f比过高,励磁电流的峰值偏大,就降落U/f比来减小电流;如果降落后带不动负载了,应考虑加大变频器的容量,如果变频器具有矢量应用功能,应采纳矢量应用伎俩。

If the three-phase voltage on the motor side is balanced, we should look at the working frequency when tripping. If the working frequency is low and the vector is not used, the U/f ratio will be lowered first. If the U/f ratio can still drive the load after the fall, it shows that the original preset U/f ratio is too high and the peak value of excitation current is too large, the U/f ratio will be lowered to reduce the current if the drop lags behind. If the load is not fixed, the capacity of the converter should be increased. If the converter has the function of vector application, vector application should be adopted.

检查电动机是否发热,如果电动机的温升不高,则最先应检查变频器的电子热保护功能预置得是否恰当,如变频器且多余量,则应放宽电子热保护功能的预置值。

If the frequency converter is redundant, the preset value of the electronic thermal protection function should be relaxed.
